here's what you will need: rope, container to cover, (I used a cardboard box), scissors, hot glue and flowers.
to make just wrap the rope around your vase and glue as you go making sure you close in any gaps that will show your container.
Continue all the way up until you cover the whole container, I used a thicker rope for the last row to add some interest.
