The entryway is the first thing your guest see when they enter your home, making it the perfect place to introduce the tone of your home décor. in our entryway I introduce the color scheme and decor theme of our house. Our general color combination is blue and green as color accents paired with black, white, cream and brown. Our house decor inspiration or theme is world travel. I used art from world destinations and meaningful places like the wood carving of St Louis Cathedral in New Orleans (where we got married) to carry out the travel theme. the suitcase and lamp post also add a sense of globetrotting. what is your home decor inspiration?
This entry way is a design dream. Every creative component adds another dimension to introducing the home design theme. The use of blues and greens in all different shades creates a peaceful feeling throughout the home.
